Who is responsible

What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect the name, company, work email, and any phone number, country, product interest, volume and message you provide. Our host records standard technical logs such as IP address and browser type for security and performance.
Why we use it
We use the details you submit only to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and stay in contact about the business you raised. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis
We process contact-form data on the basis of your request to get in touch and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
Who processes it
Email delivery runs through Resend. The site is hosted on Vercel. The contact page shows a Google Maps embed. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own terms, and we share only what is needed.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to handle the request and any business relationship that follows, then delete them. You can ask us to remove your data sooner.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to processing, and to request data portability. To exercise any of these, email info@ratouliseafood.com. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies
This site uses privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics and does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The Google Maps embed on the contact page may set its own cookies when it loads.
