Ratouli Seafood grew out of 25+ years of hands-on experience in one of the Netherlands' most iconic fishing towns. What started as trading became processing, and what started as local now reaches buyers across the European Union and United Kingdom.
Volendam has been a fishing town for centuries. The harbour, the auction, the processors — the whole ecosystem of Dutch seafood is concentrated within a few kilometres. Being here means shorter lines, faster decisions and direct access to the raw material and the knowledge around it.
We built Ratouli Seafood to be the kind of supplier we wanted to buy from: focused on a deliberate range rather than a sprawling catalogue, able to process in-house to customer specification, and disciplined about cold chain and paperwork.
Today our customers are processors, retailers and distributors in the EU and UK. We ship Delivered-at-Place, offer private-label production, and work across frozen, salted and fresh seafood.
