Ratouli Seafood runs salted, smoked and frozen fish out of Volendam, the Netherlands. Our daily business is salted pollack bakkeljauw, saithe Batjauw, pollock Migas, stockfish, makayabu, smoked herring fillet, smoked salted herring, koepila, smoked barracuda, W/R mackerel and horse mackerel, black and red tilapia.

The fish goes mainly to African and Caribbean communities in the Netherlands and across the EU, with the UK coming online as fish export protocols open up. 25+ years in the trade have taught us what buyers actually care about: consistent spec, straight cold chain, a planner who picks up the phone.
